Chef Currence is heading to Atlanta to participate in The Attack Of The Killer Tomato Festival on August 8th. John’s participation along with 27 other chefs will include pairing up with a local Georgia farmer and preparing a tomato dish for an estimated 500 people. Ford Fry, owner and executive chef of JCT. Kitchen & Bar, is heading up the celebration and turning his restaurant into a tomato sanctuary that will also span the upstairs bar and outdoor courtyard area.
Chef Currence will be serving up: Roasted Mortgage-Lifter Tomato Biscuits, Crispy Big Bad Bacon Rillettes, Basil Aioli, Bluebird Farms Arugula

Ticket Sales are available online
Tickets are $45/person for members of Georgia Organics, $50 General Public until August 1st. After August 1st, all tickets $65.
