Adam Perry Lang Celebrates the release of his new cookbook at City Grocery

On June 16, City Grocery will be hosting guest chef, Adam Perry Lang, founder of Daisy May’s BBQ in New York, co-founder of Barbecoa in London, and meat maestro at Carnevino in Las Vegas. He will be celebrating the release of his new cookbook, Charred and Scruffed. Chef Perry Lang will create a four- course dinner featuring recipes from his new book.

Smoked Crack-Back Chicken, Lemon/ Garlic/ Herbes de Provence Baste Creamed Corn with Chives and Chilis, Green Apple, Cabbage and Caraway Slaw

Bone-In Rib Roast Done Like a Steak, Mushrooms in Parsley Cream, Bubbly Bacon Butter Beans

Warm Grilled Lafayette Country Peach Upside Down Cake, Lavender Crème Fraiche, Lemon Salted Carmel

Personalized copies of Charred & Scruffed will be available for purchase the night of the dinner.
