Chef Vishwesh Bhatt is heading to Washington DC, to participate in the Smithsonian Demystifying Seafood Event. Vishwesh will be there alongside several chefs from the Gulf and DC regions helping promote awareness of Gulf Seafood one year after the oil spill.
Bringing together celebrity chefs, actors, activists, and leading fishing industry experts, the Third Annual Seafood Event at the Smithsonian is two days of discussions and activities dedicated to the sustainability of our world’s oceans.
The Third Annual Seafood Event will take place at The Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History June 8th and 9th, 2011, and will provide consumers with new guidance in selecting seafood that ensures lasting health for the oceans and their families.
